This whisky cocktail recipe is based on a traditional Champagne Cocktail, which dates back to the 1800s. Originally made using cognac, we’ve swapped in Chivas XV. As our blend that’s selectively finished in the most prized casks, it’s the natural whisky to pair with luxurious champagne. Using a sugar cube instead of sugar syrup in this drink means the sweetness is released slowly as it dissolves within the Chivas and champagne, creating intense bubbles within the cocktail. Cheers!

HOW TO CREATE EXTRA FOAMING?
Using a sugar cube instead of sugar syrup will result in extra foaming – so make sure to pour the champagne in slowly and carefully!
