WHISKY SANGRIA

A Sangria recipe must include wine of course, but did you know that the base spirit is open to personal preference? While a more traditional recipe favours brandy, ours has a Scotch whisky twist in the form of Chivas Regal Extra Sherry Cask Selection. With a portion of our blended Scotch whisky matured in Oloroso sherry casks, this brings a deep flavour profile to the drink – and as Oloroso sherry and Sangria are both Spanish exports, you can be sure the Mediterranean flavours marry together perfectly. Finishing this Sangria with soda also adds a refreshing touch and prevents the drink from being too rich. Salud and Sláinte!
