Nigeria New REGALS BNXN

I RISE WE RISE

Over three episodes, BNXN explores the collaborative effort required to create something truly special.

Working closely with visual artist Sore Adebisi and director TG Omori, BNXN is proud of bringing together different creative industries throughout his career.

Pour a glass of Chivas 18 and watch how they rose together now.

EPISODE 1

With no set career path to become a director, TG Omori relied on passion and drive to reach his dreams.

Having directed BNXN’s second music video L’enu Remix ft Burna Boy, their relationship has seen the pair grow in confidence, success and creativity as they both continue to accomplish achievements year-on-year.

EPISODE 2

BNXN reminisces with artist Sore in homage to their ever-evolving work together.  Having known each other since childhood, they both hustled hard to excel in their industries.

When BNXN wanted modern and inspiring art for his album covers, he knew to bring one of his day ones along for the journey.

BNXN

BNXN is completely focused on elevating his career to new heights.

The Afro-fusion singer-songwriter focuses on more than surface appearance – his former acronym Buju stood for ‘Beauty Underneath Just Understood’.

Working his way up from writing music at junior school, he was later noticed by global star Burna Boy and has gone on to win numerous awards.

TG OMORI

ThankGod Omori Jesam – known professionally as TG Omori or Boy Director – is a music video director and cinematographer that believes the camera is just a tool, never the main creator.

Beginning directing at 15, he oversaw stage plays in his school and church before making videos only a year later.

At 20 years old he became the youngest professional filmmaker in Nigeria at the time when he graduated from the PEFTI Film Institute – and hasn’t looked back since.

Now, TG Omori has directed music videos for recording artists across genres, including Olamide, Wizkid, Burna Boy, Tekno, Kizz Daniel, Fireboy DML, Falz, Timaya, Naira Marley, Asake, and more.
